Philanthropy

From a young age, giving back to the communities around him has been an important aspect of Jonathan’s Life. Currently, Jonathan serves as a board member for two non-profit organizations dedicated to supporting the pursuit of education. In addition, Jonathan is an avid volunteer and donor, supporting dozens of non-profit organizations each and every year through both hands-on and monetary contributions.

Darren Drake Foundation

Jonathan is a Founding Board Member and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Darren Drake Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization honoring the legacy of his childhood friend, Darren Scott Drake. The Darren Drake Foundation supports the continuing education of graduating high school seniors in northern New Jersey by awarding monetary scholarships to individuals pursuing vocational / trade school programs in lieu of a traditional 4-year undergraduate college education – something Darren was very passionate about, particularly during his tenure on the New Milford Board of Education.
